SOPROs

Built inside an active operation. Not a startup studio.

SOPros came out of 4 Elements Hospitality — a consulting firm that still works with restaurant groups, waterparks, and seasonal venues. The software exists because the spreadsheets stopped working.

From the line to the platform.

Chef Nicole Holtzman has spent her career in the places where F&B operations get complicated — seasonal venues, multi-location restaurant groups, and the waterpark food service world that runs a year of revenue in a hundred days.

Before SOPros, she built 4 Elements Hospitality into a consulting practice that works with operators who need systems, not slogans. When her clients kept solving the same problems with the same spreadsheets, she built the software she needed first.

Three-time IAAPA Brass Ring recipient — the award given by the global attractions industry for outstanding achievement in food and beverage operations.
“Every feature in SOPros started as a problem one of our operators was solving with a spreadsheet at 11 p.m. on a Sunday.”

4 Elements Hospitality

SOPros isn’t a startup that hired restaurant consultants. It’s a consulting firm that built software because the tools didn’t exist. 4 Elements Hospitality still works with active operations — which means every SOPros update is tested in a real kitchen before it ships.

Our clients run waterparks, multi-location BBQ groups, FECs, agritourism venues, and seasonal operations. We consult to the operators who use the software we built. That feedback loop is our product moat.

2018

4 Elements Hospitality founded — consulting to restaurant groups and seasonal venues.

2020

Built first internal SOP tracking tool after failing to find software that worked on the floor.

2022

Deployed gamification layer after seeing compliance rates double at pilot locations.

2023

Added AI forecasting engine after operators asked for demand prediction tied to prep.

2024

SOPros launches publicly, serving multi-location groups and waterparks nationally.

The principles behind the product.

01

Built on the floor first.

Every feature SOPros ships was tested in an active operation before it went into the product. We don’t release features we haven’t used ourselves on a Tuesday morning.

02

Operators own this.

SOPros is 100% operator-owned. No venture capital, no product roadmaps shaped by investors who’ve never held a hotel pan. Decisions get made in real kitchens.

03

The software earns its place.

We measure success by whether compliance rates go up and food costs go down. Not by engagement metrics, not by seats sold, by margin recovered.

Work with the people who built it.

A thirty-minute call with someone who’s run the floor. No sales script. Just your operation and whether SOPros fits it.
